Why do you want 99 Thieving? To get a **** boss skillcape, and 10m that's why.

This is a very simple process. Go to the stalls at Home, and use this picture as your guide to tell which stalls need what thieving level.


Whenever you have a full inventory go the the Shopkeeper on the far left of the wall which contains the Yew trees at Home.


Rinse and repeat stealing, and selling until you have 99 Thieving! Goodluck!
